Ashley Terrell

Ashley’s 36 year old heart stopped in the hospital. They were able to get her heart back but her brain did not get enough oxygen. Our grandson donated his heart valves at 4 days old. I worked in transplant for years as a nurse so it was natural Ashley signed up to be a donor. After 4 agonizing days and answering questions no one ever wants to be asked about any loved one my daughter became my hero donating her liver and kidneys to save others.
