Gracyn Laidler

I was born with a rare genetic mutation that caused me to develop Left Ventricle Cardiomyopathy. I found out about it 8 months pregnant with my third child. I went on to give birth and raise my babies as long as my heart let me. On June 17, 2024, my birthday, I was told it was time for the only thing that could save my life, a heart transplant. 8 weeks later I was gifted a miracle, a heart. This donor gave me a chance to live again, love more, and continue raising my babies; for that, I'm forever grateful.
