Every day, the Mid-America Transplant team is inspired by people in our community who say yes to donation. There is no greater gift than to give someone else a second chance at experiencing all of life’s moments, and it would not be possible without the generosity of donors and their families.

"Thanks to the generous decisions of donor heroes and their families, 2023 was a milestone year for donation across our region. We approached more families than ever before for donation, and more families than ever said yes.
This act of generosity resulted in lifesaving gifts provided by 299 organ donors and 2,697 tissue donors. We are honored to continue their loved one's legacy."
