How has donation or transplantation touched your life? We collect and celebrate these stories, from memories of a loved one who made the courageous decision to donate, to the moment you received the life-changing call that a transplant was finally available. No matter what your donation story holds, we want to hear it.

We will walk you through the process of sharing your story. All you need is a few details: a name, a description or memory (short or long), and a photo or two of your subject. If you have questions, email info@midamericatransplant.org.
